Every job gets the same attention to detail. Our crew makes sure to cover all equipment under the Exhaust system and on the back line in plastic for  protection from greasy water. Hand scraping of the exhaust hoods, ductwork, and fans is performed thoroughly. Once complete, hoses are used to clean behind and under equipment, debris is collected and the floor mopped. Equipment is then polished to remove any drips from cleaning. For laundry exhaust, crews protect clean linens from airborne lint, vacuum and air whip dryers and exhaust ductwork, clean floors and ensure ductwork is properly air tight. Supply and return ductwork is done with sanitation as first priority, the process to ensure clean spaces varies, usually entailing an array of clear plastic. O.R. cleanings are always performed with HEPA vacuums, full tyvek suits, respirators and plastic covering of rooms.  Open, honest communication with engineering departments is important to us, we make sure that any problems on site are reported to building staff.
